The views from The Maybourne Riviera are stunning. The hotel commands a privileged mountaintop perch in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, in the French Riviera adjacent to Monaco. “The sky has really put on a show this week, even more beautiful than usual,” says our server at the hotel’s Riviera restaurant. She’s as mesmerized as are we, pausing at our table to watch the sun dip behind Monte Carlo as the principality begins to glow. We disembarked Crystal Symphony two days prior, and my favorite ship now catches our eyes, anchored in the blissfully calm bay, twinkling in the twilight. And come morning, the sky performs all over again. What a view!
