Photo of the Week: Billionaire’s Row, New York City

Have you seen the view from The Peninsula’s rooftop bar, Pen Top? Open only seasonally, the bar itself isn’t very fancy, which is surprising given how posh the hotel is (as is the hotel’s Gotham Lounge and the Bar at Clement). But the only thing that matters up here is the views… just, wow! It’s an incredible perch in the heart of Billionaire’s Row.
