Photo of the Week: Pier 7, San Francisco

  • June 21, 2020
  • Brad A. Johnson
This is one of my favorite perspectives of San Francisco, the view of downtown and Bay Bridge as seen from the end of Pier 7. It’s really hard to take a perfect long exposure from here because the waves cause the pier to vibrate, and it was a fairly windy night when I snapped this. Still I’m happy with the way it turned out. This is such a beautiful city, and the pier is such a tranquil spot at night.
