Three years without a taste of authentic Texas barbecue was way too long. But I got my fix, and all’s good again. I had only a few hours downtime in Austin recently and the first thing I did was head to Terry Black’s. Got there at 11 a.m. just before they opened, and there were already 20 people in line. This is genuinely amazing barbecue.
