Juliette Kitchen & Bar opened under the radar in Newport Beach a couple months ago, and it has quietly but quickly become one of the most interesting restaurants in OC. Juliette is a French-inspired bistro that draws as much inspiration from Paris’ bistronomics movement as it does from the amazing farms of Southern California. The chef is Daniel Hyatt, a former protege of Tim Goodell at Aubergine, Red Pearl Kitchen and The Lodge. The rising-star pastry chef is Erica Choi. Here’s a quick look around:
