Dish of the Week: Chile Relleno at El Mayor, Mexico City

El Mayor is a rooftop restaurant overlooking the ancient ruins of Templo Mayor in the heart of Mexico City. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants near the Zocolo, and the views are wonderful. But even better is this chile relleno stuffed with chicharrón prensado, or pressed chicharrones, and served atop a Pueblo-style mole sauce. Absolutely fantastic.
